We all want to live a healthy life.
I think of course there's a few people who want to live unhealthy lives
for their own reasons, perhaps because it's fun.
But most of us want to live healthy lives, How can you tell if you're living a healthy life?
I think there's three main signs of a healthy life.
Your energy level.
If your energy level is too low, then you might have trouble, you might not be living as healthy as you can.
I suppose if your energy level is too high, you'd have trouble to, you'd burn out.
Another one is your aches and pains.
Are you sick? Do you feel sick? Do you feel pain? Or is someplace hurting?
And the third sign that comes to mind is your mood,
You might have energy, you might have no aches or pains.
But what's your mood like? Do you have mood swings going up and down?
Are you kind of permanently down?
These are sort of signs that you're living style is not so healthy, I think.
How about how do we get a healthy life? Well, balance is the most important for a healthy life.
You have to get enough sleep.
If you don't get enough sleep, that's going to wear and tear on other parts of your life.
So getting enough sleep is crucial.
The next one is eating your diet, You are what you eat.
So if you eat garbage, your lifestyle will go down, your healthy living will go down
and you will feel bad, eat healthy food, a nice balanced diet and then the next one is exercise.
They say if you don't use it, you lose it and that's true of your muscles,
you have to keep them strong and fit and that only comes through exercise.
And then we can get into a whole new podcast about exercise and what kinds of exercise to do.
But I won't go into that here.
There are other areas of your life that you need to balance, like relationships, your leisure and your work.
But I think sleeping, eating and exercise Are the core three that help you have healthy living.
